Can I bring in my own caterer?

We are the caterer. We will do everything from start to finish in house. You are welcome to bring in your own Wedding cake from an outside vendor. If you are having a non-wedding event you are also allowed to bring in your own cake.

What is included in my wedding/event package?

The room is reserved for a 5 hour time frame for weddings, up to 4 hours for non-wedding events. If you are getting married on-site the ceremony time is not included. There is an extra fee for ceremonies. Guest tables are 60 inch rounds that seat 10-12 people. The table cloths, napkins, china, flatware, and glasses are included in all rentals. For the Bride & Groom we have the option of a sweetheart table or long table for the entire Bridal Party.

Is there a Bridal Suite or dressing room?

Yes, we have a Bridal/Dressing room which is available for the entire wedding event. Non-wedding events are also permitted to use Dressing Room. (Extra fee may apply).

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes

What are the bar options?

All bars are based on consumption. (Cash only). You have the option of hosting the bar or it being a cash bar. You may also host the bar for a certain amount of time. Meaning, cocktail hour, or first hour of your event. You may also put a certain dollar amount down. (i.e. $1,200.0, and would switch to cash bar after that). Bar minimums apply at events.

Are there minimums on events?

Yes, there are. They vary depending on the time of the year. Contact us for more information.

Is there a charge for a room rental fee on top of your menu packages?

Yes. The room rental fee varies on the size room you are booking. For the Ballroom it is a $200.00 Room Rental Fee. For weddings it varies. Contact us for more information.

Do you rent just the hall itself without food?

Not typically, however we do make some exceptions. Contact us if you are looking for that information.

Are there discounts?

Some discounts may apply to your event varying on time of the year, day of the week, etc. We do not discount packages for last minute events.

How early can we get in to up any decorations, center pieces, etc.?

All guests are permitted 2 hours prior to their event to set-up. If more time is needed there is an extra fee.
